A Message on Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The actions we are taking to ensure business continuity as we continue to closely monitor and respond to the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Firstly, I want to let you know that the well-being and safety of our PATIENTS and employees is always a top priority. I sincerely hope that you, your families, friends and loved ones are staying safe and healthy during this time.
I know that many of you may have questions about COVID-19’s impact on your RELATIONSHIP with us. We want to communicate that plans are in place to ensure uninterrupted service. Below is an update on what we are doing to help ensure that we can service our patients during this time:
- We can rapidly transition to a remote consultation model (ex. TelaPatient). Our infrastructure is redundant and distributed. We will continue to closely monitor guidance from the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
